Just received written notice that the TOP for The Nclave is estimated to be granted in about 3 months' time. Most exciting! :)

On the other hand, that means it's time to fork out the second 10%, plus stamp duty. Which involves liaising with CPF, UOB, lawyers, and not to mention having to top up any cash difference and start paying off the mortgage, which translates to further destitution. Such party poopers.
